The performance of part of the application has been neglected for some time and issues have built up. We should address them. They largely fall into two categories:

N+1 Issues

The particular N+1 issues mentioned in this issues appear to have been addressed, attaching screenshot from Scout. I may be wrong, but it looks that way to me. Closing.
