SMS messages open in a new tab in a development environment
Description
When the app tries to send an SMS message, we would like a new tab in the browser to display it in development environments. Similar to Letter Opener and emails.
We have found 2 repositories that may do this but they are a little old. https://github.com/cobyrne/text_opener https://github.com/abhisheksarka/notifications_opener
Try installing these first and testing them. If they don't work maybe you can use sections of code from the repositories and add them to casa to implement this feature.

Got this somewhat working with edits to the second gem. Could take pointers from the first gem and integrate a mini Twilio-SMS-specific adaptation that fits CASA's codebase like you've suggested. Can I do this one?
