Add Emancipation Checklist Summary Buttons to Transition Aged Youth on the Volunteers and Cases Tab

Description Add an emancipation checklist summary button to the transition aged youth column beside any youth that is transition aged (i.e. if a youth is marked as transition aged, along with that information in the transition aged youth column we would like to add an emancipation checklist summary button like the one that is currently present on the CASA Case Details page).

This may not fit, consider making it a dropdown or just showing something like (3/19). The overall goal here is to make something that encourages the use of the emancipation checklist.
