Improvements to Russian translation

  • Make the translation more natural while preserving accuracy
  • Fix incorrect grammar in some places
  • Translate the to (be) or not to (be) paragraph (a tough one!)
  • Translate the paragraph about glistening chimes
  • Translate Blurbs(TM)
  • Translate other missing sentences
  • Consistent use of 2nd person plural personal pronouns ("вы")
  • Make all text (except for headers) fit in 80 columns
  • Use — for all dashes
  • Other small fixes and improvements

I also took the liberty to add myself to the list of translators. I hope it's okay. :wink:
