Adds a DropdownMenuOverlay component to extend the existing DropdownMenu with an overlay option.

Motivation

I'm developing an app with a UI inspired by Apple's design, particularly apps like Journal. I needed an overlay-style dropdown to achieve the same immersive effect, so I created this component to support that.
