Support for range formatting

Is it hard to support range formatting in ruby like: rufo path/file.rb:45-60 ? (I don't remember common way to indicate ranges for files 🤔 )

I just consider if it can be utilised in VSCode like in this example: https://github.com/Shopify/ruby-lsp/pull/2657/files

Actually rufo is not supported in ruby-lsp formatters.. that could be good to have.

ruby-fmt is there ;)

The modification on the formatter side, which is the backend of LSP, is probably here: https://github.com/ruby-syntax-tree/syntax_tree/pull/199 It was not a very difficult fix, so I pushed the fix to #345 .

However, I am not using ruby-lsp.

I would like you to integrate rufo to ruby-lsp and verify that the rufo implementation works well.
