Allow choose doc for different version

It would be great to allow us to choose version for doc at https://community.rti.com/static/documentation/connext-dds/7.0.0/doc/api/connext_dds/api_python/index.html. For example, adding a dropdown list to select version 😃

Right now, the doc shows the document for the version 7.0.0. However, we hope to see the doc for LTS version 6.1.1. Simply update the version in the URL to https://community.rti.com/static/documentation/connext-dds/6.1.1/doc/api/connext_dds/api_python/index.html won't help.
