Migration is taking long time

I am migrating RTC stream to Git, I have 5000changesets to migrate. Each changeset migration is taking 30mins to 45min. It is taking long time to migrate the data. Can any one please help me, How to speed up the migration.

You might try to use the tips from https://github.com/rtcTo/rtc2git/wiki/Tips-&-Tricks#preferencesproperties. However 30min to 45min is way too long. Do you have a conflict free workspace?
