Summary

• Bump project dependencies.
• Remove unused dependencies.
• Replace ESLint config with eslint-config-next.
• Add a prettier plugin.
• Update code formatting.
• Remove NPM lockfile and update yarn lockfile.
• Replace @zeit/next-sass and @zeit/next-css with Next native sass/css capanilities.
• Remove next-offline dependency.
• Updated JS files indentation as per https://google.github.io/styleguide/jsguide.html#formatting-block-indentation
