英語と日本語のREADME両方が対象です。

変更対処のREADMEは7つです。

• sciurus17_ros/sciurus17_examples_py/README.md

ドキュメントの修正なので、変更差分を見るよりもREADME同士を直接比較したほうが分かりやすいと思います。
