• ドキュメントをJazzy向けに書き換えました
• CIをJazzyに変更しました
• ignの記載が残っていた部分をgzに移行しています
• usb_camの現在の使用方法について記載しました

実機とシミュレーションでExamplesが動作することを確認しています

先にsciurus17_descriptionのJazzy対応PRがマージされないとCIが通りません
