変更対処のREADMEは、以下の5つです。

• crane_plus/crane_plus_control/README.md
• crane_plus/crane_plus_description/README.md
• crane_plus/crane_plus_examples/README.md
• crane_plus/crane_plus_gazebo/README.md
• crane_plus/crane_plus_moveit_config/README.md

ドキュメントの修正なので、変更差分を見るよりもREADME同士を直接比較したほうが分かりやすいと思います。
