TensorFlow Model Serving in Connect is deprecated

TensorFlow Model serving in Connect is deprecated as of the September 2022 edition release. Support will be removed in a future release. We're recommending folks use an API framework like Plumber, Flask, or FastAPI to create an HTTP API for hosting TensorFlow models on Connect going forward.

Update: The Connect 2023.01.0 release removed support for hosting TensorFlow Model APIs.
