Tnum 1 looks different

Tnum variant of 1 looks different to normal 1. This creates inconsistency in look when normal/tnum variants are used closed to each other in different contexts. This wasn't an issue in Inter v3.

@Santas Are you referring to the bottom bar of the 1? If so, that's intentional (and preferred) on the tabular version. It wasn't there in v3, but it created an awkward visual imbalance in tabular data where you want each numeral to take up the same width, similar to a monospace.

A fix for this has been implemented and @rsms mentioned releasing it in 4.2 but is there an actual 4.2 release on the horizon? https://github.com/rsms/inter/issues/579#issuecomment-2484565916
