installing using Kitematic fails to start server

When using Kitematic to install the image I get the following error

err:setupapi:create_dest_file failed to create L"C:\\windows\\system32\\msvcirt.dll" (error=80)
err:module:import_dll Loading library urlmon.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\mshtml.dll") failed (error c000007b).

Not really sure if it works without Kitematic.
