arm64 build variant for Mac OS

MacOS started the transition to arm CPU's ~20 months ago and while arm CPUs can run intel based executables, it comes with a performance penalty. With that said, an arm64 build vingster would be greatly appreciated.

Vingester is based on the NDI SDK and there is no ARM64 version of the NDI SDK. Unless the NDI SDK is available for ARM64, I cannot provide a native ARM64 version of Vingester. In the meantime just use Rosetta and use the X64 version of Vingester, please.
