Save an interactive graph layout to disk [feature request]

I'd like to be able to save an interactive graph layout to disk, so that I can open it in Bandage and resume from where I left off. The file format could be any serialization format that is convenient to Bandage.

An alternative, which is likely easier to implement, would be the ability to specify a random seed value for the graph layout. See also the related issue https://github.com/rrwick/Bandage/issues/47
