DAHUA VTO: second substream same quality as main substream

Dear all, I noticed that the sub2 stream has the same quality as the main sub stream. How can I choose the lower quality stream?

You do this on the camera. not the integration. Please goto the camera web page, System>video

This is similar on most VTO
