Add Ghostscript & Support for AWS Linux 2

The latest runtimes run on Amazon Linux 2. This PR adds dependencies to AWS Linux 2.

I also added Ghostscript

Hey @richarddd , Thanks for the pull request but wouldn't it be best if we kept the layer as light as possible as all users using GM wouldn't necessarily need Ghostscript? Maybe you can create a separate layer for Ghostscript?
