Request: Be able to configure channel / role targets by id, not just by name

By name is better (in my opinion), because if one of your staff member accidentally deletes the channel, you don't have to change it in the bot's config, and it also allows you to make it work on multiple servers with one bot. The best would be adding support for multiple names and ID.
