Fooduse monitor: Rapid double posting doesn't work correctly

Today there was a scenario where Bob posted 2 videos in rapid succession, and Timbot only caught and posted one.

This is due to the code only checking and comparing the latest video ID, and therefore incorrectly assumes only one new video can appear per update check.
