Context

For bounty Port extension to Safari.

Approach

• Xcode project is in ./safari
• Plan is to build from unmodified ./dist
• Build and run instructions in ./safari/README.md

I have stopped trying to find a way to request the proper Safari permissions.

This is currently up to date and should stay mostly conflict free. Almost every change is in ./safari.

If it goes out of date, it should pop a warning or error on build.

Delete or leave as a useful start for somebody else.
