theano 0.7.0 and xcode don't play well together

This issue https://github.com/Theano/Theano/issues/4306 describes the issue with theano 0.7.0 for mac. I was able to properly install by upgrading theano to 0.8.1, though I haven't checked that it works with this tutorial. I'm going through the tutorial now, so I'll report if anything breaks.

Thanks. I haven't had time to update this tutorial. If something breaks, please do let me know.

My current plan is to re-run this using the latest versions during the thanksgiving break.
