maximum flow error

The maximum flow report generates exception sometimes, for example for Generalized Peterson (20,5)

As I could not correct it as a report. I just created new extensions/algorithm and use the source there. As a result the maximun flow report is removed and a new maximum flow algorithm is added. However I do not know about the functionality of the algorithm if the results are correct or not. I will commit now the changes,
