the banana tree vertex positioning, sucks

this is very important issue, because banana tree is the most used generator in graphtea. probably because it is the first item in the generate menu

I tested different ones. It seems the problem comes only when k is equal to 2 or 3. It happens because the vertices in the second level are going to be around a center and in the cases 2 or 3 the angle is 180 degree. However I am correcting just these two cases. Inform me if you think I am not correct.

its still problematic. the real solution is to devide the leafs circle into k+1 segments, as it is shown above, for k=2, we should make it to 3 segments, which one of them dont get used, belongs to the root.

OK, I think it is corrected now. For the even numbers, it looks good. What do you think about odd numbers? I think it is OK.

The default value in the menu is changed to 4,4.
