Reset Graph button functionality!!

The reset button resets the color of the graph to a constant color "0". It is not correct when the user changes the color of the vertex.

I changed the default value to "1", because I changed the default colour for vertex overall, but this problem is still there. A possible solution is to define two colours for vertices, default and temporary values.
