report sidebar is broken

when a lot of reports are open, some parts are un-scrollable

I do not get this bug, can you provide more details? A way to reproduce it?

I found a way to correct the problem but I did not push the new changes because i wanted to ask a question first: --- Is it really bad if the scrollbar is visible from initial??

I think it is however better than the current version because at least the user can see all the reports, although it is not the best implementation.
