Conversion to .netstandard

Our project using your nuget package is warning us that this package may not be supported due to it being .net framework. I noticed the conversion in PR. Can that PR, or at least the commit be cherrypicked, merged and released on nuget? It would be greatly appreciated. #16

I have converted the project to .NET Standard. It is available at https://github.com/scienta-scientific/EEIP.NET.
