Clang Format doesn't format whole file

In Sublime, I've enabled format on save, but the clang-format only applies on the current line the cursor is on, is it possible to clang format the whole file?

It would also be nice if the whole file was formatted when the current selection is empty. edit: I just realized there's already a pull request for that.
