Windows downloads missing several cursors

Just as it says, both the link to the install in the instructions on the github page as well as going to the releases yourself will result in downloading a file (for both dark and dawn cursors) that is missing several of the most important cursors.

+1, trying the cursors on Windows now makes the help pointer be the default since the default/busy are not in the pack.
