Add a guide in README.md on how to manually install the cursors as the install.inf does not do it correctly due to the name, and I am aware that you will not change the name as it will affect linux users.

I think we should fix the root cause since we do provide an install.inf. I'm not sure what the process looks like to rename the theme here, though.

Isn't there a way to create a "windows 11 only" installer? Either way its not too hard to manually do it
