Documentation for ros2 rviz panel plugin

I Have made a bare bones example of a panel that can be loaded into rviz here.

I am requesting that a some documentation be made better for building these panels, as well as a tutorial possibly.'

Also, if anyone would like to please check my repository for errors, or redundancies.

I am willing to write the tutorial, although I would need more information about how exactly to do that. Thank you.
