`FieldEq` for `ForeignModel` is too strict

Only FieldEq<'rhs, FF::Type> and FieldEq<'rhs, &FF::Type> are implemented for ForeignModelByField<FF>. It would be more intuitive, if we could forward all FieldEq impls from FF::Type to ForeignModelByField<FF>.
