Whitelist not working?
When I enter an SSID (my laptop and phone are on the same SSID) and send a test message, I get an alert saying "Disallowed SSID". It works if I put no value in that field. That is a whitelist (allow-only-listed) field, and not a blacklist, right?
Is anybody else using this feature?
Yes that is a whitelist, and I'm using it.
What is your SSID?
Have you allowed course location permission?
You may need to have location services (GPS) turned on otherwise the SSID reported to AN2Linux may be "unkown ssid" instead of the actual SSID name.
I recently switched to LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10) and noticed that since Android 10 they have change what location permission is required to access WiFi SSID. So if you're using Android 10 that may be the problem, updated the app to fix that.
I have the exact same problem, location needs to be turned on indeed. I think that should be mentioned somewhere.
