porting to rxjava2

thanks for your good job, i have used this lib in many project.

rxjava2 is stable now, would you porting this lib to it?

if you can make a branch, then i can contribute to it.

Very cool! I honestly haven't used RxJava much of late, so I'm less familiar with this code, but please make a pull request and I'd be happy to review it
