lograge [Question] Project status

Hi! Thanks for this awesome gem!

I noticed that PRs are not being merged, so I added the project to my list of gems needing contributors.

If the project is currently being maintained or just on a hiatus, please, do respond and I'll remove it from the list.

I also noticed that the build matrix only tests Rails 5.2, not 6.0 or 6.1 -- but, then, CI isn't actually working anyway, becuase it's set up to run on travis-ci.org, which has been disabled by it's owner.

I am left thinking lograge is kind of maintainer-abandoned, and not tested under Rails 6+. It is still recommended by many places on the internet though (including heroku docs).

I am wondering what DataDog says here. They recommend the library for rails log collection

Maybe @l0k0ms or @ruthnaebeck knows more here. Would it make more sense to use Semantic Logger instead? I was used in a demo for datadog trace collection.
