[Docs] Helping with the ReadMe and Docs

Hello, I could find a few minor grammar errors in ReadMe as well as found some sentences in Contributing guidelines which need rephrasing just to make it easier for everyone. I'd like to help with anything that is related to ReadMe or guidelines needed wherever :).
