Question: Reading Channels not possible?

Hi, sorry to misuse an issue for a question but didn't see another way in the README.

Is it correct that I can't use this to read messages from a channel? Reading other people's responses would only be possible via private message chats and im.list?

From my understanding this functionality isn't implemented, but I think it could be. Since the app works from a user access token it should be able to access this api endpoint and toggle unreads to true to get new messages etc.
