Scrollbar initially showing

The scrollbar is initially showing even if I have not yet hovered the element or parent element. What I expect is that hover is needed for the scrollbar to show up.

Very strange your comment posted on 5th of Jan, 2016 and still you didn't reply back from the repo owner. This is understandable that owner doesn't support it anymore.
