[BUG] Unable to seek back or forward, sync button unavailable during livestream
Describe the bug Unable to seek back or forward, but able to pause and unpause from that moment so you are technically seeked back but not forward. This was a pain to sync live feeds with my other device because of this. Is this expected behaviour?
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 2. Play a live stream 3. Press button seek, or sync. 4. Buttons are disabled and has no effect
Expected behavior Sync, and seek buttons should work and be active.

I can reproduce the sync button being unavailable on livestreams too.
Running v 2.6.1. on W10 22H2 F1 TV Pro NL No VPN / Proxy
