Missing examples for Python and Matlab

@traversaro It would be good, if we have the same example (used in c++) of using rFSM from Python and Matlab.

It is better we need to have a nicer state machine in Lua (with sub states and etc) which can be used in all examples ;)

Yep (my idea was also to use a common state machine for tests).
