Hi! I have Genovi installed since 2023 and I have managed to work without any problems. Now I'm trying to run it again (even with files I've run before) and I keep getting the same error:

Are you using the same computer you did last time? Did you install it using conda and pip, or did you use some other method? If you are using conda, did you activate the right conda environment before trying to use genovi? Have you installed or uninstalled anything on your computer since the last time it worked? Is genovi --help working well? Did you try with the examples/tutorials? Do they show the same error? What OS are you using? If nothing of the above seems to help, let's see if there's any installation issue. Please run circos -modules. Every line in the output should say "ok". If it doesn't, please copy the whole output and paste it here.
