feat: flush remote values files cache
Right now to force redownload of cached remote values files you've to manually remove it using rm -rf .helmfile. I'd suggest adding e.g. --update-remote argument to force redownload.

I see your expectation. Mind if I changed it to --invalidate-cache for now so that it is clear that it just clears .helmfile/cache?
--update-remote seemed best at glance, but turned out too fancy as if it checks for updates and download changed remotes only(which isn't true
Huge bump here but was this ever fixed? to this day still removing the .cache/helmfile/values folder when using remote charts.
