wrong initial conditions in descriptions

Initial states in GIF description is wrong. Examle: wrong_initial_state The smallest material point according to info has coordinates (-3.36, 1.55), while on picture it is located on (-7.6, 5.0).

Same is true for two other points -- none of coordinates in description are correct.
