Missing functions

  • [x] virtual 4C ( exists, but needs work )

  • [ ] experiment-matrix correlations (nice for QC)

  • [x] quantify-method for discovery-objects:

    • [x] APA: already there
    • [x] saddle: take visualise.compartment.strength
    • [x] ATA: similar to APA: the Falke et al. method is also nice (extFig3b)
    • [x] PE-SCAn: similar to APA

  • [ ] hic.matrixplot annotations (are made for Elbatch et al, need to include)

  • [ ] RCP: calculate derivative (and allow to get derivatives over a specific range)

yes :+1:

Would be really nice to "clean up" the environment: almost all the user will see are the analyse-functions and quantify as a method.
