Wrong NR when competitor changes country

According to https://github.com/robiningelbrecht/wca-rest-api/blob/master/api/rank/SE/single/777.json, 2021SIGM01 has the swedish NR in 7x7x7 single (and 666+777 average). But https://github.com/robiningelbrecht/wca-rest-api/blob/master/api/persons/2021SIGM01.json is now competing for iceland and have never had the swedish nr even when competing for sweden.
