Event Admin page is returning 504 Gateway Time-out

This happens when you have too much Users in the database, adding `raw_id_fields = ("creator",)` fixes this. Will create a PR for this change.

Hi @vcatalano, I am not sure why, but this change was not on my previous PR, this is required to have services like Google Pay (recurring) working correctly.
