“Make calls with” resets to SIM at reboot on Android 10

Unlocked Pixel 4, Android 10, bought directly from Google. At reboot, the call setting “make calls with” resets to the SIM. So while the right hand panel in this widget makes it appear that SIP will be used, cellular is actually used. You have to use the left panel and change to “ask first” after each reboot. Even doing that, the right panel doesn’t change anything. Regardless of how you set it, Android always asks before each call.

So this isn’t a huge problem, as long as you remember to change the setting to “ask first” after each start up. It does render the right panel rather useless though. :) Don’t get me wrong, the left panel shortcut is certainly handy. Thanks!
