282mm Belt

First of all: Thx for this awesome project! I can't wait to get it up and running.

I just received my missing parts and started the assembly of the 400mm version. Unfortunately the 282mm belt is not even close to fitting on the gears. Did anyone successfuly built the 400m variant? For me the correct length seems to be around 316mm.
