UKBinCollectionData Failed to load package uk-bin-collection 0.159.2

Similar issue with https://github.com/robbrad/UKBinCollectionData/issues/1661 and https://github.com/robbrad/UKBinCollectionData/pull/1665 seems to introduced a new error.

Error message:
